Daniel R. Hornung, PE
President
Dan Hornung started ROYDAN Enterprises Ltd in 1980 after working as a Civil Engineer for the City of Manitowoc, Wisconsin. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, and holds a Wisconsin Professional Engineer license. Our customers often call Dan the “Big Dog” because he’s the leader of the pack at ROYDAN. He oversees all areas of the company, regularly attends local and national collection industry conferences, and is actively involved in the development and implementation of Bloodhound’s new products and technologies.

Thomas Winter
Vice President
Tom partnered with Dan in 1985 to develop the software system known today as Bloodhound. He received a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and also received Bachelor’s degrees at MIT in the same fields. Tom uses his comprehensive knowledge of Bloodhound and new technologies to lead the design and programming of Bloodhound and ensure it remains the most complete, flexible, easy-to-use software program for the collection industry.

Kay Nooker
Bloodhound Support Manager
Kay has been with ROYDAN for more than 10 years and few people know Bloodhound quite as well as she does. She holds Associate’s degrees as a Microcomputer Information Specialist and Networking Specialist from Lakeshore Technical College. Kay oversees the Bloodhound Support department, including all training, daily customer support, and testing and documentation of new Bloodhound features. She also plans the annual Bloodhound User Meeting.

Matthew Menges
Technical Support Manager
Matt has been a part of ROYDAN for many years, beginning as a high school intern and returning to ROYDAN full-time in 1999 after obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. He manages the Technical Support department and makes sure that we keep our customers’ systems running smoothly. In addition, he is also a critical part of the software development and custom programming staff.
