Check Imaging Software
Bloodhound’s check imaging software uses a single-pass check scanner to scan images of the front and back of a check, as well as read the MICR information. Check imaging allows the images to be automatically linked to the debtor’s record, where they can be viewed with a single click.
The check imaging software allows images to be scanned in black & white for small files or in grayscale technology that provides a picture-perfect image.
Check images can be included on a debtor notice (dunning letter) or on an acknowledgement sent to your clients upon listing new checks. The check imaging software also allows check images can also be loaded to Bloodhound using Centralized Returns.

Bloodhound’s check imaging software system also allows check images to be available to your clients using Bloodhound’s Client Web Link. Using a secure login and password, they can have instant web-based access to view images of the checks they have listed at your office for collection.
Like our document imaging system, Bloodhound’s check imaging software saves space in your office by eliminating the need for saving hard copies of checks. If you collect bad checks, check imaging is also an important part of your disaster recovery plan – you don’t need to worry about losing critical account information because it’s permanently stored in the check imaging software.
