Early Out Manager Software for your Collection Agency
Bloodhound’s Pre-Collection software feature allows pre-collect accounts to be tagged to the main debtor file, but stored in a separate area and not mixed with regular accounts. This prevents a collector from working the account by mistake before it has been turned over for regular collection.

This process is sometimes referred to as early-out within the industry, and Bloodhound’s early-out manager software handles these accounts for you so you don’t have to worry about making costly mistakes.
Bloodhound also has a feature that allows for reports and archived/imaged documents to be faxed or emailed directly from Bloodhound to your clients.
The Bar Code Reader feature of Bloodhound makes returned mail processing much easier. A small bar code placed in the return address area of debtor letters is scanned when a piece of mail is returned by the post office. Bloodhound matches the bar code to the appropriate debtor file and either flags it as having a bad address, or takes the user to the appropriate area to enter in the new information. This same process can also be used to streamline payment processing.
