The Predictive Dialer software instantly brings up the debtor’s file on the collector’s computer screen whenever a live connection is made. This way, collectors have access to all of the critical information they need when collecting on an account. When a payment is received on an account or a debtor contacts the collection agency directly, the Predictive Dialer automatically removes the account from the collector’s queue, to ensure that the debtor will not be called again by mistake.

Bloodhound’s Predictive Dialing System

Bloodhound’s predictive dialing system can receive inbound calls from debtors in addition to placing outbound calls. This is known as call blending. The Predictive Dialer software makes use of caller ID technology to search the database for the phone number associated with the inbound call and if a match is found, will instantly display the debtor’s record on the screen as the collector answers the call. If caller ID information is not available for the call or no match is found, Bloodhound’s Predictive Dialer software will put the screen into query mode so the collector can quickly search for the right account.

The Predictive Dialer software also includes reports that will help managers watch collector performance and predictive dialing data such as total calls made and other statistics.
