Daniel R. Hornung, PE
President
Dan founded ROYDAN Enterprises, Ltd. in 1980 after working as a Civil Engineer for the City of Manitowoc, Wisconsin. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, and holds a Wisconsin Professional Engineer’s license. Our customers often call Dan the “Big Dog” because he’s the leader of the pack at ROYDAN. He oversees all areas of the company, regularly attends collection industry conferences, and is actively involved in the development and implementation of Bloodhound’s new collection solutions.

 Tom partnered with Dan in 1985 to develop the software system known today as Bloodhound. He earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and also received Bachelor’s degrees at MIT in those fields. Tom uses his comprehensive knowledge of Bloodhound and new technologies to lead the design of our new collection solutions and ensure Bloodhound continues to be the most complete, flexible, easy-to-use debt collection software program in the collection industry.

Bob Derks, PMP
Operations Manager

 Bob’s role as Operations Manager includes overseeing the sales, marketing, support, and training departments at Bloodhound. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Lakeland College and over 20 years of experience in the IT field. He also has project management certification. Bob makes sure that new Bloodhound users have a smooth transition to their new collection software, and that they always experience the reliable support and service that Bloodhound users expect.

Jason Gillman
Development Manager

 Jason leads the Bloodhound programming team in the development of new Bloodhound features by monitoring projects throughout the programming process, from design to implementation at our customers’ sites. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
