Bloodhound’s reports can give grand totals to summarize progress or detailed reports showing individualized work flow. With the use of Bloodhound’s Preset Reports feature, these reports may be automatically generated and on your printer waiting for you to arrive to work each morning.

The Collector Preview Report is a snapshot of a collector’s workload for the day or days into the future. The Pull Report may be used to get a list of debtors in the order of collector prioritization.

The Promise to Pay Report is a favorite of managers, showing the number of debtor promises taken for a given date range, the amount of time in which a collector allows the debtor to make the promised payment, and the effectiveness of the promises being taken. Many agencies use this report for in-house contests or bonuses.

The Predictive Dial Person Report tallies the number of each type of call (busy, no answer, live connect, etc.). The Predictive Dial Detail Report lists each call made through the Bloodhound Predictive Dialer and shows the result of the call.
