Built–in Security
At Bloodhound, we know how important it is to have a secure system. Bloodhound offers the flexibility to assign “permissions” and passwords for each user so that managers can limit access to parts of the system for certain employees. These parameters may be easily changed as employee responsibilities change. Bloodhound also has the ability to track employee activity in the system.

Data Integrity
Many fields in Bloodhound have built-in “tests” to ensure that accurate data is entered. For instance, date fields are tested for a correct date format whenever data is entered. Bloodhound also prevents users from altering historical records.

Closed Borders
The Closed Borders States feature in Bloodhound warns or prevents users from adding new accounts, phoning, or sending notices to debtors who live in Closed Borders states.

Data Logging (Tracking of Data Changes)
Data Logging tracks all changes made to the key areas of Bloodhound so that you never have to wonder who made a change to a debtor or client file and how long ago that change was made. Both the previous and new information is retained, stamped with the date and time, and cannot be altered.
