Insurance policies can help you recover financially when a disaster strikes, but what about your data? What happens if a fire destroys your office or a system failure occurs? How do you get back into business quickly? Even if you perform daily system backups, you may still lose critical information entered during the current business day, or be left hanging if an important piece of hardware fails. That’s why at Bloodhound we’ve created disaster recovery programs to assist you in those situations.

Best Friend Program
Bloodhound will be your best friend if a disaster occurs. With our Best Friend program, we use a secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) connection to take “snapshots” of your Bloodhound data throughout the day in 10-15 minute increments.

This means that if your system fails or a disaster occurs, you will lose only a few minutes’ worth Bloodhound data. In the event of a disaster, we will restore your Bloodhound data to a replacement server using your most recent system backup and the daily “snapshots” taken of your database. This program is meant to supplement but not replace your daily backup procedures. Other non-Bloodhound data could be lost without proper daily backups.

Hardware Expedite Program
With our Hardware Expedite program, we can lend you replacement equipment if a critical hardware component fails.
