Individual Style
Every office has its own style of managing workflow. Bloodhound recognizes this and allows managers to match their style. If down the road the philosophy for workflow changes, Bloodhound makes it easy to change.
The User Login File (individual permissions setup file) controls which options a user is allowed to use. If a user is restricted from a particular area, the menu option will not even be displayed.
Action Codes provide the benefit of consistency. This feature allows you to set up unlimited “hot-key” functions and control which employees have permission to use them. This ensures that all collectors handle accounts in a similar fashion. The notes will be put in uniformly, making it easier to review debtor files.

The Closed Borders feature prevents employees from accidentally calling a different time zone at the wrong time of the day. Collectors can also be warned or blocked completely from sending letters to certain states.
Summarized and detailed reports can help managers track various aspects of each of the departments in the office. For more information on some of Bloodhound’s reports, see the sections of our website on Tracking Results and Reporting.
