Individualized Training
We begin by working with the agency to customize the system to their specific needs. Trainers explain system settings and provide detailed explanation of processes and procedures for each job function. Each session is tailored to a pace that is comfortable for the users. Upon completion of initial training, each agency also receives unlimited support for 60 days.

Readily Available Support
Bloodhound customers expect and receive exceptional service. When users have questions about Bloodhound, they can count on quickly reaching a qualified representative to help them. In addition to phone support, there is a comprehensive user manual, e-mail support, and an on-line user forum.

Webinars
Webinars are another way for us to provide additional Bloodhound training or “refresher courses” for users over the web.

Annual User Meetings
Each year, Bloodhound users are invited to a three-day User Meeting. It provides users with valuable training on new and existing Bloodhound features, as well as a detailed explanation of the latest software release. Users have an opportunity to network and learn new ideas to take back and implement at their agencies. ROYDAN benefits from the meetings as well–they are an important part of the development planning process for future releases of Bloodhound.
